PSP again...

OK...this time I know I have done all there is to be done in my search for making this work. What I want to do is take the fonts that I have applied to the canvas, and then bend them in a circular for, or wavy forms...something like the text art in word does. Can anyone tell me how to do it!?

I haven't used PSP in many moons, but from memory.
You have to use vector based or something like that
Look for that option in PSP

I used the vector based input but it only allows to move it around but not twist it into a circle....any other ideas

PSP = Paintshop Pro or Photo Shop Pro?

I didn't think there was a Photoshop Pro but since I still use version 6 I wasn't sure.

Also how are you wanting them in the circle...so the letters lay flat or so standing up...grrr....like the numbers on a clock or the lable on a beer can...

I'm running V5 of PSP ... I don't think it will support this... may a later version..

Now, In the past when I've wanted to do this I've used Corel Draw.. if you've got an old copy fire it up. It supports this and the imagery is vector based.

Hey... have a look see at MS Word... betcha they got something as well. (will more than likely be bitmap based though)

Corel Draw will do it. You can take any text and twist it in whatever way you want. You can even manipulate each character if you want. I guess Adobe Illustratior is similiar to Corel Draw, vector-based.
