  1. hi people!

i'm thinking if is possible make a dvd-r backup of two 1 hour lenght movies PRESERVING MENUS OF BOTH. if needed making a little transcoding.

for example if append just one menu screen before these 2 movies (like those for pick up menu language) that allow me choose what original menu to start?

probabily would need some path changes of menus links to .vobs and rename some duplicate name .vobs.

something say to me that is possible. Anybody made some like that?
Can the guys of this forum indicate me a link guide/tutorial/site/software to do this job please ?

i'm glad to everyone that read/reply me, thanks,

No tool supports that(yet). You must reauthor and make new menus manually.

  3. yep..just gut the main vob's and reauthor with a simple menu..you could use dvd shrink to cut out the audio tracks/menu's and things you dont want then have it do the whole deep analysis ripping thing...if the movies are only 1 hour a peice you should be fine. I know return of the king was 6.5 gigabytes and it was about 3.5hours long...a little over 7 with the DD 5.1 track...so 2 hours long would probably be..mathmatically speaking...a little over 4gb...thats making alot of assumptions..however..that they are widescreen and have the same bitrate..yadda yadda...anyways..the whole point is it could easily be done...

    the end..
