  1. I can't seem to find a guide on this or anything in the forums. Can anyone tell me what tool(s) are needed please and a little guide Thanks

    I've never really done this type of conversion before (don't have many svcd's with video that is not on my pc). Anyways, I looked in the Tools section with conversion - SVCD to DivX. It brought up many applications that you may want to try out. Also, Virtualdub-MPEG2 may be able to do the trick. Import the svcd file into VirtualDub-MPEG2 and then export it setting the compression to DivX. Hope this helps!

    rip the mpeg-2 from the SVCD using isofilter. After that load the mpeg-2 into virtual dub. Select a compression codec and then save.
