Burning Trouble

Hi, Im new to this stuff and still learning, Im try to backup a dvd using Nero 5.5 but I keep getting the message "There is not enough space to burn this compilation onto this medium, Please insert another medium that provides more space." It dosnt matter which brand of dvd I try, I can not get past this message!

You may be using a dual layed DVD. You need use a utility like DVD2One so it can fit on a single sided recordable. Feel free to email me persoanlly.

What it primarily means is that your file(s) won't fit on your disk. Some questions might be: 1) what format are you using, i.e. vcd, svcd, dvd: 2) how did you go about ripping the dvd; 3) what the size of you project in terms on mega or giga bytes? Right now there's not enough info for a complete answer. Nyah Levi

Hi, sorry Im just trying to copy straight from dvd to dvd, the dvd is 3.04gb and the blank dvd should be 4.7gb.
