    I have just installed windows movie maker 2 and everytime i open it i get an error message and "send report or do not send". No way i can get it to work. can i uninstall it and use the older veriosn ? i need it badly for capturing my footage.

    I would try to get veriosn 2 to work because it does offer better functionality.

    Try an uninstall and start again.

    I assume that you are using XP SP1

    have you tried uninstalling it?

    there's much better progs out there, it's worth shopping around. some MS software needs the latest service pack instlled to run, did MM2 come with a readme?

    Great Minds think alike though!!!

    As for MM2, for the beginner I think it is perfect. If you start with complicated software you can often bore yourself into not doing it! If you know what I mean
