Is it copyrighted material. ATI won't do it. I get blurry playback with copyrighted. For that I'll use the freeware Virutal VCR.

  4. You probably have the wrong audio input selected in the initialization wizard.

  5. Why would copyrighted material record video but not audio?

    Check your Mixer Recording selector.

I'm a newbie , I don't know how to do. Do i have to change this Ati adapter with another Ati Radeon ? for exemple :Ati All-in-wonder 9700 Pro
    (AGP video card)?
    Thanks

  7. Open ATI-TV. Click on setup (the little checkmark on the bottom). Click on the Display tab. Click initialization Wizard. Keep clicking Next til you reach the audio connection section.

Do you have sound during regular TV shows (without recording)? Check your line-in volume under playback properties. Also, check the record properties and verify the line-in is selected as the source device.
