When converting from NTSC to PAL using TMPGENC the framerate loss creates some unwanted effects, is there a way to smooth this out?

You can use avisynth somehow...
A inverse telecine filter (Available at videotools.net (I think)) and a "frate" change... In combination with FlasK...
I don't really know, I just started with avisynth and don't have any clue really
A "How To" should be in order...
