  1. original file is an xvid with AC3 audio @ 23 fps, this has been converted to m2v using tmpgenc making it 29fps, the thing is the audio stream was extracted from the avi so the audio is 23 fps

    problem being that the video is 01:51:39 long and the audio is 01:51:46 long, 7 secs difference, ive tried everything i can think of, besweet, goldwave (cant save as AC3), ac3 delay, ac3 tool ......

    anyone know of anyway to make these 2 files the same length so i can get this finally onto DVD

    Convert the AC3 files into wav files, load them into Sound Forge (or similar) and alter the speed to match the video length.
