freezing problems when playing dvd

i burnt a dvd and when i try to play my dvd on my ps2 it kept freezing for 1 sec every 5 secs, then it freezes a few times every 20 mins.

and when i try to play the dvd player it says that it cant play that type

anyone know the problem

probably just bad luck.
most media i've tried about 1 out of 50 has this problem (the jumping)
try burning another

and it does'nt work on your dvd player coz it's not compatible with it so buy some other DVD-R's or DVD+R's.
buy several types see how u get on
