Strange problem here...

I encoded a VCD with a delay in the audio. To make a long story short, I cannot use the source video to encode audio and video again (I keep getting errors, it must be corrupt), so in order to fix, I have to split the tracks off of the VCD I already made, then remux using an offset for the audio. Supposedly TMPGEnc can do this...

But, when I tried to demux a normal MPG using TMPGEnc, it crashes every time... I can only assume it will do it again if I try to remux with it, even if another prog can demux... unless someone shows me how it can work!

Here's what I need to do, if someone can tell me how/what to use for each, that'd be helpful:

1- Convert VCD stream back to MPG file in Win 2000

2- Demux MPG to video/audio streams (or how to make TMPGEnc work)

3- Remux PROPERLY and PLAYABLY, and so I can make an offset to the audio while remux-ing (or how to make TMPGEnc work)

Thanks in advance!
