How can I do this?

Hi, I'm backing up the 3 Lord of the rings movies, from mexico, region 1, 4, when you first insert the dvd on the dvd player it shows a still menu so you can select which country you are, in this case it shows Mexico and Argentina.

What I want to do is remove that flag menu and just go straight into the Mexican menu, is there a way to do that? I tried with ifoedit, i deleted that flag menu and it did go straight to the menu but it removed a "Señor de los anillos" video intro, so how can I do that without removing the video intro.

Try DVDRemake or Instantcopy.
