  1. I want to make installable CD of my operating system to install in my another computer? I lost my product key any CD.

    If you had a duplacate system you might be able to clone the the OS to a new drive but I know of no way to make an instalation CD out of an existing system. However you might check out Bootdisk.com.. Good luck

  4. Get Everest Home Edition (free) and it will tell you what your product key is.

    Alternatively, with no CD, what you're talking about is illegal.
    You can use something like Norton Ghost to make an image disk, and try that on the other system, however, unless it's identical it probably won't work.

  5. With windows XP the Product Key is buried in the registry (or somewhere). If found a utiity online that allowed me to 'extract' that product key from my existing install. I needed that about 2 months ago when I was in the same predicament in that I lost me key
