Ditto, the only problem was that after having it all working fine, I played around with some settings in PowerDVD (5) and the next time I started the PC (the next day) I was unable to capture.

My card is a Gigabyte version 9200 VIVO 128Mb etc etc.

I had this problem using MMC ages ago (at least 18 months if not 2 years) using a different card (one of the first AIW) and it seemed I was missing some DLLs, copied in the DLLs (after trowling the net to find them) and all was OK.

I wonder if it is anything similar.

I haven't got around to getting the SYSinternals stuff yet to see if it is calling a missing file........

If someone knows the answer without the hassle let both of us know.

Reinstall what I call the "magic driver" ... v6168 ... which normally fixes this.

Do you remember the combination, as after a complete reformat, a reload of all drivers (even earlier ones) along with the 6168 WDM drivers and version of MMC still refuses to capture.....

    Thanks in advance.
