I'm currently in the middle of a SVCD to DVD conversion using DJRumpy's guide. I'm trying to encode the D2V file, but when it gets to about 2% of the encoding it just stops and goes back to main menu. Anyone have any idea why it's doing this? TMPGenc encodes the file just fine, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the source material. It's getting really frustrating.

To be honest this is just a guess ... but perhaps CCE doesn't like the version of DVD2AVI that you used to make your D2V project file.

There are many version of DVD2AVI that just don't work like they should.

I'm still using the old 1.76 version that came with Gordian Knot.

In fact I'd download the new Gordian Knot package(s) because I'd like to think they made sure that whichever version of DVD2AVI they stuck in the install package is a version that should work (though it may not be the newest but who cares about that).
