I use VCD Easy 1.1.4, since it's freeware. Never had any problems creating chapters until now... On the chapters page it says in red: "Number of possible chapter entry points: 1"

I usually insert chapters every 4 or 5 minutes, now there's no way. Everything is business as usual, when I insert the mpg the "analyse mpeg files" box is checked, otherwise VCD Easy will not insert chapters, so obviously that is not the problem.
