Sony DVD isn't encrypted

I recently bought the Sade Live concert DVD. I took a look at it in DVDInfo and was quite surprised to see that it isn't encrypted, especially since it's from Sony. I think this is the first DVD I've seen that wasn't.

Thats not unusual. I found a few dvds made by Anchor Bay aren't encrypted, most notably The Terminator Special Edition. Along with a ton of low-budget ones, etc.
