Which program for adding ending stills to vids

Hi,
I was wondering which program(s) is best to use for this situation:
-I have some videos that I am adding to a DVD. At the end of each video I want to add a picture with my information (where it came from) at the end of the mpg video files. Any help to get started would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I use the Title function in Video Studio 7. You can also use subtitles (Virtual Dub, Sub Station Alpha, and TextSub, for the same effects. Also, Video Studio is great for adding single frames to a video.

How about if I have vob files that I want to add a picture to at the end? I am working with Sony Vegas and that works good for pictures so far. Just trying to figure out already written vob files? Any ideas?
