can someone please tell me how to....

use these par2 files? i've been d/l .rar files for awhile now and before all i had to do was double click on tha par file and then smart par would open up and create new .rar files for me.

with these new files i double click on them, but nothing happens. so any help would be great. here's what they look like.

vcdshrek2ts.1.vol295+40.par
