All I need is:
1. Motherboard
2. Processor
3. Memory
The person I am building this for is going to use it mainly for the internet and listening to music, etc. No major work or major apps. Whats the best stuff I can get and keep it at 200 +/- a few dollars.

Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

you could choose $20 cheaper RAM (still 256MB), or SiS/Via mobo and save another $20-$30 and buy Pentium 4 400MHz FSB 2.4 GHz instead, but since its not for any 'real' job machine - Cel 2.6 is more than enough IMO...
