Hey everyone,
( I use TMPGenc plus 2.5 for video conversion and VirtualDUB 1.4.8 for sound)
I can't seem to get over the hump of converting odd frame rates (like 23.976, 24, 30 or 25) into a usuable, burnable SVCD video. I'll try doing a 3:2 pulldown and the sound doesn't end up being syncronized.
If someone could explain how to accomplish this task of convertingnon-typical frame rates into NTSC SVCD compatible frame rates, it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, when dealing with a movie with a freq range of 48khz, is there a way to encode this with standard ntsc sound? (44.1)
Thanks so much!
