Sorry for copying this post here - tried on capture but no replies so thought i'd try here.

I finally managed to get some capture from old sony analog camcorder to pc via geforce 4vivo - using roxio7. However - the picture jumps all over the place, flickers, and the colour goes on and off and flashes around. It doesn't do that on viewing it on TV or on the camera. I have connected using composite cable (thats all it offers). Any ideas what im doing wrong - new to this and just using simple wizard mode. I dont need a masterpiece as the original is not great anyway, but it has to be watchable - intend burning to dvd or vcd (no real editing needed just for backup/ease of viewing). Note using windows movie maker is no better so i doubt its the software (I know neither is a great prog but im not quentin tarantino and just want "OK" results)
