  1. Does frame rate causes sync problems with the audio? I followed the guide at

    http://www.nanomessiah.com/dvd-backup/ogm-divx

When I add my audio file to the video, and checked at frame rate. I see 2 options,No change (29.970) and change so audio and video durations match(29.938)

Whats wrong? My audio is in sync perfectly with my video but it gradually lose sync. Could it be due to the frame rate instead?

  2. It is most likely due to the framerate. If you can maintain the standard 29.97fps you can open the audio file in something like Goldwave or Cool Edit, and stretch/reduce the audio length to match the exact length of the video.

This will cure your gradual de-sync problem, I hope!

  3. ok,I always wanna know about something in goldwave,if I were to cut a part of the audio,it will be e.g 28:56.75134 but in vdub and other programs, the audio is only displayed to 3 decimal places. Do I replace the last 2 places with 00? e.g 28:58:75100 or 28:56.75134 keep the 2 places?

One last thing, can I convert with audio in DVD2AVI?

I followed that guide there, but is it possible to do it with audio?

EDIT: The problem isn't fixed yet,I still get audio desync,is it possible to see the frame rate of the video? See the frame rate for each part of the video like in DVD2AVI where I can see the framerate for each part of the video as its playing.
