I've burned three movies successfully with DVD Decrypter and Shrink 3.1. All the guides say to burn with Nero - is Shrink that unreliable as a burning program? If I am going to burn with Nero, I only have Nero Express - will that work? Do I just do an ISO file out of Shrink and then burn that with Nero?
Thanks for the help.

AFAIK DVDShrink itself doesn't do the burning, but handballs to either Nero or DVD Decrypter depending on what you have set up. I don't know whether Shrink can automatically launch Nero Xpress, but Nero can definitely burn ISO images, just as DVD Decrypter can. My preference has been to use Nero, but I don't think there is anything wrong with DVD Decrypter.
If in doubt, Google it. -
Hmmm, well I have Decrypter on here so maybe that is what Shrink is doing to burn it - automatically launching Decrypter. So no real advantage to setting output to burn ISO and burning with Nero? I mean, I am 3 for 3 so far so I guess it's not horrible how I am doing it.....

I've always used the DVD Shrink default burner, and my DVDs come out perfectly. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I think you can set it up to automatically burn with Nero but DVD burning is such a fickle world - some programs work well with some burners and media, while other refuse to get along. You are not missing anything by burning with DVDDecrypter instead of Nero. 6 of one, half a dozen of the other...
If you're on a good thing I would stick to itIf in doubt, Google it.
