Please, Need Help With Printer Recommendation

The old HP finally bit the dust and I need a new printer desperately. My only requirements are these:
Must have refillable ink cartridges
Must print borderless
Must print high quality color photos from digital camera
I would really appreciate recommendations. Thank you kindly for your reply.

I'm using a Epson photo 820 seems to fit your requirments. Not sure about the refilling, I was able to buy pre-packaged refilled cartridges so I guess it would be. The prints are great even at the regular setting, prints a full 8.5x11, does ocassionally have some faint lines at the beggining of the print when printing borderless. Inks cheap, about $22.00 per cartridge, Black and 5-colors . I had trouble with the inkjets getting clogged a lot but someone suggested I turn it off after use, hasn't been enough time to see if that works. It's pretty cheap too about $100 bucks or less the last I looked.

How much do you want to spend up front and in supplies? Also how long do you want it to last?
