Problems with Nero

First question is there any burning program that can burn avi's?
Second is I convert avi's with TMPENC and when i try to burn it with nero it says there are problems like some of my clips are 720 x 400 and it has to be 352 x 240

please help with any of my problems

Please pay attention to the guides over to your left. But simply, in Nero, make sure you turn off the "standard compliance" option before you make your VCD/SVCD, and then Nero will take whatever you give it.

Or if you want to make compliant S/VCDs, make sure you've loaded the correct settings or template before passing them to Nero.
