  2. Cue file: cuesheet files
    Bin file: image files

You can burn those files into CD or DVD with Nero Buring ROM

You can open them with IsoBuster: http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/

  3. You might want to post this in the MAC forum.
BTW...I don't think IsoBuster works on a MAC.

as for macintosh conversion of .bin/.cue to DIVX you should visit my website.

there are a host of ways to go about this, one of the easiest is to extract the mpeg files using VCDTOOLSX and then begin the conversion of mpeg to divx.

i do it by first creating a VIDEO_TS folder with Sizzle. This makes the files dvd compliant [when/if you ever want to burn it over to dvd] and then makes them acceptable by the great and glorious Handbrake which will do dvd [video_ts] to divx with one simple click

its a round about way, but its by far the easiest for "newbies" and those who are not familair with the ffmepg types of conversions.

    hope this helps

Since you have disc image (bin/cue) i would just burn it as is. Most likely it is a VCD or SVCD version of a movie, which you can play on standalone dvd player (and on your computer as well).
Converting VCD/SVCD to divx its kinda pointless, you won't get better quality out of it - you can preserve existing quality at best; but you won't be able to play it on a standalone dvd player; the only advantage is that you may save some space on hard drive if you encode VCD/SVCD to divx.

agreed... this woudl be the easiest

but if they are wanting to reduce it to a 700 meg divx which will fit onto one cdr it is possible, but yes drastic reduce in quality compared to what they have as .bin/.cue
