    Ok i have a standalone which does not play subs in regular formats, but does in VOB (dvd) so i wanted to know if there is anyway of converting ssa to vob subs. Thanks guys!

    thank you, but i have an .avi file that i want to add subs to, do i need to re-encode to m2v?? and judging by this it would make my .avi file a dvd correct? I just need the subs in VOB if that is possible at all. Thanks once again!
