H.264 converted clips +decoder

Hello Folks;
We developed a H.264 SDK (Windows version). It is one of fastest H264 codec around world (at least we know). The encoding speed is 85 fps (CIF format in Celeron 2.5GHz, 128MB, QP equals 18). Decoding speed is 150 fps (CIF format, P3 500MHz, 128MB).
You can download a decoder filter and use regsvr32 to register it.
Then the two DVD clips could be watched by Windws Media Player. Please enjoy it.
