I'm trying to backup 2 movies onto 1 disk using tmpgenc dvd author. have not had this problem before.

one movie is the 75th academy awards short films (1 film/chapter)
no problem w/ this one

the other is computer animation extraviganza (1 film/chapter)
this one has a "bonus clip" that you must select it from the menu.
- all the films are on the first title, and there are 18 chapters, w/ chapter 18 being the bonus clip.

when i add dvd movie in dvd author, and select the video_ts folder, it looks and finds only 1 movie (the only vob set), and says it is 1:05:55. this is correct, then i hit ok, and it asks me if i want to find chapters. i hit next and it says there are 18 chapters.

when i go to the chapter edit screen, the movie is only 1:00:45 long. it cuts off chapter 18 for some reason. the "bonus clip" which is mearly another chapter is gone.

is the only way to put this "bonus clip" on w/ the rest is to demux it from the final vob file and make new ifo for it? and add it back on?

if that's the case, my ifoedit doesn't recognize it. after i demux it in vobedit, i rename it and open up ifoedit. i click on create ifo and ifoedit keeps giving me an error.


so, any ideas on why dvd author keeps missing the last chapter or why ifo edit won't make a new set of ifos?
