i'm not trying to get political or anything like spiderman2k1 is trying to draw (or accuse) me in to, but i'm not going to leave questions unanswered..

solarjetman.. you're kidding right? okay, you want a specific example.. 2000 elections, foxnews prematurely calls florida for bush.. not wanting to be left behind, every other "reputable" news organization follows suit.. even though "technically" bush won the state (even though gore actually won florida) by a small number of votes, there is no way you can call a state when its that close.. bias? i think so.. if any other "reputable" news organization had called the state for gore and then it turned in to the fiasco that it did all the conservatives/republicans would have blasted it to no end. maybe its hard to see how poor of a news organization fox news is because they agree with what you believe (tell you what to believe).. the reason behind the fox news popularity is because it makes the news more enterntainment that informative.. they'll dilute you with flashy graphics, distract you with a scroller & multiple video's on the same screen, while cutting in every few minutes to tell you how you should think/react to what is happening.. they always form your opinion for you, they dont let you develop one based on the facts/information.. of course you'll deny this until you pass out, but who wouldnt?..


spiderman2k1, i do watch fox news occasionally, because unlike convervatives/republicans/etc, i wont instantly dismiss anything anyone not agreeing with my point as "partisan" "crazy", etc.. and its always best to know your enemy..

@jeex - All news is twisted. Most is out and out rubbish. Pick one headline international news event tonight, study it then attempt to reconcile the report with fact. Its bloody difficult. Some, if you know what to look for and are fully awake whilst watching, are downright laughable.
