Just wondering how you all keep track of all your passwords and serial numbers?
I just did a count of my current list of usernames and passwords and I have 11 different usernames and 27 different passwords. I keep them all in a text file that has a non txt extension in a folder that is encrypted. So I only need to keep track of 2 username/passwords. I keep all my serial numbers in a basic text file in the same encrypted folder.
The hassle comes when I have to change my passwords. I do it no matter what every 30 days, except for a couple that I really don't care it they get cracked

I put all mine out on the web, and let other people keep track of them for me

I use a scheem to generate passwords such that I only need a number to generate or remember a pasword. Hence I can openly display my passwords as numbers. i.e. #6

I try to keep most of my passwords uniform and just have a few variations. Like I care if someone breaks into my AOL account and uses it for perverted things. Hell, I use it myself for ever more perverted things, so they would probably never notice. I am very careful with my bank, credit card passwords, but I could care less if someone were to log into my 'THINGS TO DO WITH MY SHEEP IN MY ROOM AT NIGHT.COM' account. (Capmaster gave me the URL.)
Edit: Just kidding about the AOL. I use cable. -
I keep mine in my head, but I can never remember my online banking details so they're kept under heavy encryption. All I need to remember is a 56-character long key, but I memorised that so it's not a problem.
One password to rule them all etc..

I post them here so I always know where to find them. I have a system that encrypts them as twisted posts. And you thought I was just having fun.

I can't believe nobody suggested Password Agent, sw that handles, files and generates passwords for ya. Worth every penny, I must have a hundred in it. Can save data to cdrw. When you need it, open it, copy and paste the PW, really great. gl
