Hi there! I'm new, and I'm capturing video with an ADVC-100 and scenalyser (DV-compatible codec), and then converting it with TMPGEnc 3.0. I had the color correction worked out for 2.5, but things seem a little different now and I'm not sure if I'm geting the most out of the Canopus codec anymore. When I play the AVIs back those captured with the Canopus codec are the correct color/intensity while those captured with the Microsoft codec are slightly darker and redder than the original. However, when I encode them through TMPGEnc, the two come out identical and slightly too ruddy/dark (like the MS one). I'm wondering if TMPGEnc is not decdoing the Canopus colorspace properly, and if there is some way I can correct this without having to go in and manually fiddle with the color - I just want it to remain the same as the AVI.
All help greatly appreciated!
Jerry
