    Does anybody know how to do that thing where you can censor something by pixelating it? thanx. Im using DV footage by the way.

    The simplest way is to create a mask and apply a mosaic filter to it. After Effects/Combustion/Digital Fusion would all do this pretty easily, and also allow you to track the, say a face, to keep the mask in place.

    If there is little motion (e.g. a talking head type shot) you could probably do it in any of the better NLEs.
