help with uninstalling cce 2.62 trial??????

I uninstalled the trail version of cinema craft encoder 2.62. when I went into program files and went to delete the folder too, it says "cannot find E_u :windows cannot find the file E_ u (with little character on top of the u) ok I see the file there though, it looks like a text file and says it is 880 bytes. How do I delete it? I checked the properties and it is not read only or anything.
