My Pioneer DVR-5100H-s can't play high bitrate files..
I only have a 750Mhz pc.
Is it possible to convert the high bitrated files (mpeg) til lower bitrate ?
(say 2400Kbps)
Can i use virtualDub for this ?
Also tried TMPGEnc, but it takes along time to convert the movie with a "new and lower bitrate"![]()

SVCD.
Cause I dislike the quality in VCD. SO SVCD, org xVCD is the only thing for me. (unless i'm working with DVDs)
