?DVDShrink 3.1.7.6 cannot use preview window

I am using DVDShrink v3.1.7.6
Why can I not see anything in the preview window on the lower left corner of the main window of this program?
I click on the 'Play' triangle and nothing happens.

Preview still works on v 3.0 beta 5

I installed v 3.1.7.6 in two of my friends pc and it works for them.
So... what am I missing on my pc??

Preiew work for me. Download DVDshrink again you might have a bad download.

Iv only ever used v3.1.7.6 of dvdshrink and previews never worked for me either.

omg! iv just this min worked it out lol

Goto edit / preferences, then click preview, and then click enable video and audio preview.
Works now!

I must add that I needed to change my previous settings in the prog.
Under 'Select DirextX video renderer
I put 'Built-in Software Renderer'

This was the only way it worked for me.
The other settings did not. --- shrug
