Dear friend.
I'm beginner with DVD authoring.
My doubt:
I captured a video with 8000 Kbits/sec. This video has 1 hour and 33min.
The total size of video is 7.13GB.
This file can be put in a DVD 4.7GB?
I'll have to decreasethe bitrate?

You can fit around 1 hour of high quality video on a dvd-r at 8000 bitrate.
If you already have this video at 8000 you can go on and author it , then use DVD Shrink to make it fit a DVD-R. -
Hello friend,
If you do not want to re-encode then put your file in TMPGEnc DVD Author, create chapters, menu etc... Ignore the filesize warning. When TDA has finished open the files with DVD Shrink and do a full disc copy, see what it looks like, if it's shit then you may have to re-encode. -
OK, very thanks.
But, If I want to put 2 hours in a DVD, what the bitrate I must to use? -
Cheers, Jim
