MouseOver malfunction?

Is it just me, or has the mouseover stopped working?

Must have been, but it is working again now......

Its hasn't stopped working for me, but for awhile now it is not as nice as how it was working (maybe 1 1/2 - 2 months a go.)

The Latest Video Tools section use to have a comment box that gave you a summary of what each tool is when you hovered over it. It hasn't done this for awhile though and that was a nice feature.

It use to have the comment box look like how it does with the "H" (history) button on the new tools section. I like how that works.

The latest messages section on the home page also use to have the comment box more like what the H (history) button does, but now these are more regular looking light yellow comment boxes, that dissapear fairly fast. I do like that the last post to a message also now has a comment box when you hover over it, which I'm not sure that it always did.

I wish all the comment boxes worked like the one for the H button, and the new tools description still worked.

Overall this is the best laid out forum I think I have seen though, and really like how it works. I love being able to see the latest messages right on the home page.

Boy, do I feel dumb! Hadn't even noticed the view last reply on the home page.... Of course, I rarely ever go to that page. I link right to the latest page so I can catch up on everything I miss after I leave work.

I used the "H"-popups(javascript) everywhere before but it messed up too much(crashing browsers, popups that got stucked...). I now use windows standard tooltip popups but I can't then specify any timeouts.

I for one am grateful for all the work you do to this site! Best place to hang out and learn/laugh/etc....Now if I could just spend less than half my work day in the forums.......

I link right to the latest page so I can catch up on everything I miss after I leave work.

What do you mean by the latest page?
Is this a specific page on the site? Maybe I'm missing something also.

Thanks Baldrick for a great site! Too bad some were having problems with the java comment popups.

Sorry, i knew about that link but never use it I just go to the main page to see the latest posts, can also see if there are any new tools or tools comments there + latest news. Preferences...

Ok. Thanks. I just found the latest post link. Might come in handy. I think I will still use the home page mainly, but the view latest posts link will give you a longer list of recent posts. The search_id=newposts page is also doing about the same thing, but seems slightly different.

I noticed there is a handy link to view the latest posts right at the bottom of the most recent messages on the home page, it is titled "more latest active topics here."
