Hello, I want to change the bitrate of a file I have so it will work in a dvd player. Do I have to re encode the file again or is there a program that will let me change the bitrate without re encoding the movie? Thanx in advance.

Also how did you encode the file i.e., what bitrate parameters did you use originally? Also don't forget audio type and bitrate.
