To remove chapters/cells from a dvd (for a backup) what's the best method to go about doing this?
I've used ifoedit, and Titlesetblanker, but what I don't like about these programs is that when you re-burn the dvd and play them in a stand alone player, that section you removed (let's say the FBI warnings) attempt to play by reading the chapter, but skips it.
How do I remove the chapter completely and have it 'smoothly' go through each chapter, rather then skipping the ones with no data on it?
Thanks for any help

here's what i used to do to rip just the movie from a dvd:
use dvddecrypter on ifo mode, and rip just the movie.
open ifoedit and click create new ifos, and choose the first vob file in the set. this works quickly if your movie is under 4.3gb. if it's over, you can still do this, then drop the new video_ts.ifo into dvdshrink to get it all on one dvd.poop.
