DVD to DVD-+R question

I hope I post in the right forum. If not, please tell me where. But here is the question.

I have a dvd with about 7.0 gb. I like to duplicate this dvd to dvd-r (gb problem) and looking for a software to do that. I am not worry about protection, nor time (hours long). I do not want to discuss about them. Just looking for a software to duplicate the whole thing from one dvd to dvd-r. DVD shrink will do but will not allow me to get menu. Again, I want the whole things from the original DVD. So, any one knows a software to do that please let me know. All I care is quality of video. Thanks.

I did use dvdshrink to copy the entire dics but the compression did not go lower than 50%. Is it normal?
