    I want to resize my PALdv2 avi to 480,384 using avisynth for encoding with CCE
    What size borders do i need? also do i need to crop?

    AddBorders(0,96,0,96)
    ResampleAudio(44100)


    That should do it for you. Only crop if you have noise on the source to crop out.
