  6. Go to your local blockbuster video, ask them if you can have the cases they toss out after Tuesday. They just throw the originals out when they transfrer the DVDs to their locking cases.

If none of those ideas are good, just type "DVD cases" into a search engine- goggle will give you about 3,000,000 other sources.

  8. Check some of the sponsors of this site. If the power to be would not mind have one site where I get in bulk my thin cases.

The catch is getting quanity enough with out going crazy on shipping.

I usually go the Blockbuster route - score between 60-100 at a hit.

otherwise, I order from meritline.com, the prices and service are pretty decent.

  11. Maybe its just me, but I really don't like those slim clear cases from Wal-Mart. I cracked a DVD trying to get one out of one out of those cases. They don't have a release button, but just stick on the hub sticking out, and can be really tough to get out. I won't get any more of the slim cases. The regular cases at Wal-Mart though are very good cases.

When buying in Quantity I have gotten the 100 packs at Rima for like $24 + shipping. Not quite as sturdy of cases as those from Wal-Mart, but still really nice quality and cheap. The ones I have gotten from Meritline are ok, but they really smell. They are like burnt platic. Anyone else notice this? Maybe I just got a bad / smelly batch.

The Blockbuster idea sounds really good, didn't think of that. Those should be nice quality cases.
