Yeh I know the person. The hard part is finding something of theirs to target, they live at home with their parents so they don't have a house and they don't drive a car

OK, female equalization techniques require knowledge of her, what is she like? what does she do? where does she go? some personal information that illustrates her stance on some political interest. Generally speaking women are more difficult because there are not very many universal things to go against them, like with a male...anytime you hear "caught with child pornography" you naturally assume that the offender is a male. Stop by you local auto parts store and pick up a valve core remover. It's about a 50 cent tool for removing the valve part in the center of the tire valve stem.

Take the valve cap off, very quickly remove the valve and quickly put the cap back on. You shouldn't lose too much air - the tire should just look a low. Should be able to do a tire in about 15 seconds...

Now, when the person drives into the gas station to try and fill up their tires, they'll take the cap off and attempt to fill the tire - however the tire will no longer hold air and will go dead flat.

To be really mean, do it to two tires - most people only have one spare...

I am still "friends" with the girl after she did it. I hold grudges but I also believe revenge is a dish best served cold and that my revenge would be more effective if they didnt expect it.
