dvd2one or dvdcopy to create hd files ?

I'm ripping with decrypter and tried burning 2 disks and 1 with dvdcopy, but won't play on computer or pioneer dv333. So now tring dvdcopy to hd folder and burn at 2x speed with nero (I got new Taiyo Yuden 4x media suppose to be good quality and pioneer 106 burner). Previous tdk 2x were fine with dvd2one (usually movie only)

How often does 2x vs 4x dvdr make a difference in standalone playability, and if so, any difference in dvd2one vs dvdcopy in either making movie only or squeezing to one disk or spliting to 2 disks, in terms of quality or playability?) Is there recoding when 'movie only' option in either program choosen if its less than 4.34 gig?

what version of Nero are you using?. Burning at 2X or 4X doesn't really matter as long as you use good quality media

I don't know about quality between the two but try using DVDShrink and you may find that gives you satisfactory results and maybe even better playback

Again if you want movie only option just use DVDShrink and it will rip the movie direct from the DVD
