  1. I encoded a anime ep that is 23 minutes long, at 352x480 and the quality is to my liking. only peobl i have is that the video pulsates alittle when there is no action from the charaters (when camera is scrolling over objects or people) any suggestions would be great. It is encoded at 4000kbs. Thanks

  5. Sounds like a bad framerate conversion. But you'll have to divulge some more info before anyone is likely to help you. Go on give us a clue, what about framerate of original ? Or codec used ? What are you encoding to ?
