I encoded a anime ep that is 23 minutes long, at 352x480 and the quality is to my liking. only peobl i have is that the video pulsates alittle when there is no action from the charaters (when camera is scrolling over objects or people) any suggestions would be great. It is encoded at 4000kbs. Thanks
Jere
