  2. VCDEasy, just turn on the advanced options and it's under tools

  3. try cdrwin or get vcdgear to convert bin to mpeg file and then you can burn with nero

  4. Nero cannot burn CUE/BIN properly. Using VCDGear should only be an act of desperation as you will loose any menus that are on the VCD. Also, it is completely illogical if you created the CUE/BIN yourself.

I don't know if the following software can burn under WinXP, but I've heard nothing otherwise:

  5. Out of interest I just started playing with SVCD today. I haven't had to create a bin/cue file but downloaded a test one from the vcdhelp site. I was able to burn this to a CD using CDRDAO under Windows XP first time around, using a Iomega ZIP 640 CDR drive and the resultant disc played fine on my Skyworth DVD player. Command line interface but a small bat file fixed that

  6. Try the XDuplicator GUI for CDRDAO. It works really quite well. The interface is somewhat similar to CDRWin. XDuplicator is freeware as well and can be found by a quite Google search.

  7. Hi all, CDRWin, Fireburner, CDRDAO all work just fine under WinXP. Give em all a chance to make your next burn a pleasant one!
