    Hi,

I was just watching the Coldplay Live 2003 DVD on my Philips DVD-950, and I noticed that on every song that has multi-angle, a little icon comes up in the upper left corner of the TV screen indicating Angle 1/2, and that icon stays there during the entire song. After a little while, this started to piss me off
I went into the player's setup menu but couldn't find an option to turn off these on-screen messages. Does anybody know how to do this, or is it plain impossible?

It's just a minor thing of course, but it would make me happy

Subtitle button on remote may shut it off. This works for one of my concert discs. You might try stripping subs out with decryptor or dvd shrink and burning the stripped disc. Hope this helps.

Well it didn't help pressing subtitlebutton and I don't have any burner so that's not an option.

    Any more suggestions?
