First of all I don't know wether this is the rigth place to post this, but anyway:
I want to create a DVD using different angles during the movie.
I have two static angles (left and right side) but the question is:
What is the best way of putting them together??

I assume you are talking about the multi-angle feature in the DVD spec. My understanding is that it is similar to having multiple audio tracks, and you switch between them as required. To do this, you need high-end (read expensive) authoring software that supports multi-angle authoring. I suggest you look through the tools list, or ask in the DVD Authoring forum.
