DVD Writer Region change

I just bought a LG GSA 4082B DVD writer. Once I installed it I had to choose what region the writer would play DVD's so I picked North America. If I want to change the region, I can,but only 5 times total. Is there a way to change this so I can change the region as many times as I want?

Most can be made region free with new firmware, look up region free stuff in the tools section on these pages. If no success then try to install something like DVD Region Kill. Be sure to back up your original firmware and keep it.

just get anydvd, you can play any dvd region with it.

here's the patch for your LG dvd burner:

you have to not only patch your LG dvd burner but the Operating system as well that's where REGION KILLER comes in.
